For 20 years we dreamed of building. Our new home exceeds our many expectations but it did not exceed our budget due to careful planning and priceless advice that Mr. Mark and Ms. Dianne helped to guide us through before and during the building process. We were given many options which helped us make our home what we wanted—not just some “cookie cutter” house. We also appreciate how we were actually encouraged to come to the house site as often as we wanted in order to see each phase of construction. Seeing the new surprises of progress all along the way helped it to feel like Christmas every day! Again, this helped our family to enjoy being a part of making our new house our Home.
We appreciate the care that each of the crew members took in doing their best in building our house. We do not feel as though anyone “cut corners” or could’ve/should’ve done a better job. We also enjoyed getting to meet and visit with the crew members as they built our house. As we look around our new home, it is nice to have good feelings about all those who came together to actually do the work. From those who first broke the ground to those who did the framing, windows, HVAC, roofing, masonry, trim work, painting, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, lighting, flooring, tile, granite, cleaning, etc. The friendships that were built as our house was being built, made it a happy, warm and inviting place even when it was just a bunch of “beams and dreams.”
Not that we ever want to build again because we are completely satisfied, but if for some reason we did ever need to build again, we would call upon Action Builders. We thank them for building a home which has been well worth the 20 year wait and one that we plan to keep in the family for many generations!

Action Builders’ Mark Rovere was selected to build the 2010 Showcase Home for the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association and was the featured home during the 2010 Fall Parade of Homes. This home was certified as a Silver Level Green Home by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center and was the first Showcase Home to receive that level of certification in this area. This home also has received an Energy Star Rating certification.
